Dan Truehl, Director of Training for Lift Consulting, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dan comes from a family of business owners and uses his passion for improving business outcomes through superior training delivery. Every partnership we get is an exciting opportunity for Dan to enhance their bench strength with on-going reinforcement-based training and development coaching.
Laura Mael is a passionate connector with an intuitive nature for creating community. As a graduate of the UW Madison, Laura holds her BA in Sociology, her Global Career Development Certificate and an Executive Women in Leadership Certificate from e-Cornell. Laura’s professional career spans 30 years and crosses five industries where she not only built departments from the ground up but reinvented herself to meet personal goals more than once leading her to start her own career coaching business in 2015. Laura’s depth of experience in a variety of business settings as well as her experience as an entrepreneur motivates her to help businesses, organizations and individuals better understand what drives them to success. She then works with them to achieve it.
Steve Aune, Executive Consultant, has over 20 years of sales, sales management, and leadership experience. Steve specialties include: Coaching Sales People; Coaching Sales Managers; Developing Leaders; Inspiring Personal & Professional Growth.
Dave Schwallier, Director of Consulting, joins Lift Consulting with an impressive background in sales and marketing. His passion to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals has long driven Dave to succeed in his career. His role at LIFT allows him to work closely with c-suite executives to identify their long term succession planning goals. Dave works closely with them to collaborate and build a plan to effectively. Dave is CEPA certified by the Exit Planning Institute.
