Strategic Planning

"If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail" - Benjamin Franklin

Here are a list of questions you can ask yourself to help you determine if you are in need of a refreshed strategic plan for your organization.

  • Does your organization have a clearly defined vision?
  • Does your organization have a unified mission?
  • Can your employees uniformly present your organization's value proposition?
  • Do you have a clearly defined "ideal client profile"?
  • Do your products and services support your organization's vision and mission?
  • Do you have a defined client segmentation?

LIFT Consulting, LLC Provides Three Types of Strategic Planning Solutions

Boot-Camp Strategic Planning Sessions

Our boot-camp strategic planning sessions are designed for the organization that needs a quick strategic planning refresh. Boot-Camp Strategic Planning Sessions typically occur over a 1/2 day, full-day or two-day strategic planning session.

Project Based Strategic Planning Sessions

Organizations occasionally require a deeper dive into their business before completing a strategic plan. Our project-based strategic planning sessions are designed to help organizations see the "forest through the trees" and develop a new strategy for their business or revise an existing strategy. Project-Based Strategic Planning Sessions typically occur over the course of one to three months.

On-Going Strategic Planning

Some organizations prefer to develop a strategic plan and work on that plan on a recurring basis. LIFT Consulting offers on-going solutions developed to assist organizations in the research and development of their plan to the long-term execution of this plan. Allow LIFT Consulting to be your compass and keep your organization pointed to "true north".

A Strategic Plan That Is Well Communicated Gives You Access To Greater Productivity, Culture, Empowerment, & Overall Effectiveness

Who Could Benefit from Strategic Planning?

  • People and departments are often not on the same page and aren't aligned with an organization's vision, mission, and goals

  • Resources are wasted, including time and money, on projects or activities that are not important or not priorities

  • We are in a constant reactive state, seemingly never prepared for industry changes and competitive forces and the impact that it can have on our organization in the coming years

  • When we have established strategic plans, but we struggle to determine "how" to accomplish them

  • We set lofty goals, but rarely accomplish what we set out to do

  • Our team lacks accountability, and thus, we have an inattention to results related to our strategic plan
