Dan Truehl, Director of Training, comes from a family of business owners and uses his passion for improving business outcomes through superior training delivery. Every partnership we get is an exciting opportunity for Dan to enhance their bench strength with on-going reinforcement-based training and development coaching. As a lifelong learner, Dan works to continually improve his depth and breadth of knowledge for a superior training experience.
Steve Aune, Executive Consultant, has over 20 years of sales, sales management, and leadership experience. Steve specialties include: Coaching Sales People; Coaching Sales Managers; Developing Leaders; Inspiring Personal & Professional Growth.
Dave Schwallier, Director of Consulting, joins Lift Consulting with an impressive background in sales and marketing. His passion to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals has long driven Dave to succeed in his career. His role at LIFT allows him to work closely with c-suite executives to identify their long-term succession planning goals. Dave works closely with them to collaborate and build a plan to effectively achieve their goals. Dave is CEPA certified by the Exit Planning Institute.
Jason Chance, Lead Consultant and Trainer, joins LIFT Consulting with a passion to help our clients in their leadership career. Jason is a Certified Executive Coach who brings a wealth of experience and energy to his client relationships. He partners with our clients to understand their career goals so he can collaborate on a plan to achieve them.
Nan Pum, Director of Talent Development, joins the LIFT Consulting team as an accomplished professional in the Learning and Development space. Her background spans the breadth and depth of Human Resource and Learning and Development. Her talent of building instructional design, creating learning pathways and consulting on successful talent development strategies is helping LIFT Consulting's clients achieve their goals.
Gary is our Lead Trainer and Recruiter. He has a talent for finding the right people to join your team. Gary also has had a very successful sales career which is where his passion for sales training comes from. He brings a great, positive energy to training and will share his experiences as he trains our clients in communication and sales strategies.
Carrie Maier is our Operations Manager. Having come from the Banking industry, she understands process and thrives in being able to partner with our team on how we can all do more, faster and more efficiently. Carrie works hard to support our team and the public training programs we offer our clients.
