Matthew Pletzer, President/Founder of Lift Consulting, has over 14 years of professional sales training, management/leadership and business and strategy development experience with three Fortune 500 sales organizations.  Matthew found early success in his career and excelled in all aspects of front line sales, sales management and strategic leadership.  In Matthew’s most recent position he managed the strategic direction of a $540M annual book of business and reported to the Strategic Leadership Team and Board of Directors of a >$1.8B business.

Kevin Guy, Managing Partner of Lift Consulting, is a seasoned, hands-on sales and operations professional with 20 years of cross functional experience in manufacturing, distribution and professional service companies. He has worked for Fortune 100 and privately held firms while helping organizations realize hundreds of millions of dollars in top line growth and bottom line savings. Past positions include: Owner – Entrepreneur, Managing Director / SVP, VP, Global Sales & Marketing and Director, Field Operations (includes direct P&L responsibility).

Kevin received his B.S. from the University of Indianapolis and his M.S in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University where he was the recipient of the University’s Outstanding Professional Award.
